Job Description:
Concretely, as Brand Activator you will be responsible for both organizational tasks in the office and logistical tasks during a first series of 25 brand activations for one of our best clients active in the coffee sector (April-May-June). Then this summer you will lead a series of national activations for a top brand in the food sector. Your main task is to ensure that the activations run smoothly onsite and that the customers have a unique experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the project from start to finish.
- Ensure timely delivery and set-up of materials on site.
- Setting up the booth and making sure everything looks perfect.
- Supervise the activations as a host, managing hostesses and making sure the customers have a great experience.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including customers, vendors and the internal team to ensure all requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- You have a Driver's License B, preferably live in the area of our office and are flexible.
- Hands-on and 'get it done' mentality.
- Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of French.
