Your position

• Responsibility for a number of ongoing projects.
• Being 'ever-present' during the entire organizational trajectory of your projects.
• Preparation and presentation of applications and/or pitches.
• Budget preparation/management.
• Proactive and solution-oriented thinking with clients & colleagues.
• Respecting project schedules and deadlines.
• Pre-production of your projects.
• Day-to-day follow-up with our customers and suppliers.
• Coordination of final production and event day(s).
• Delivery of projects beyond everyone's expectations.

Your profile

• You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the event sector.
• You have a passion for organization and you are driven by making clients happy.
• You are accurate, have an eye for the small details and complete things thoroughly and completely.
• You are a multitasker and always maintain an overview.
• You have a listening ear and to your work environment & colleagues you are a valued colleague for this reason.
• You like to work service- and result-oriented and you consider quality work of paramount importance.
• You are a hands-on person who proactively & creatively solves issues.
• You communicate well and transparently to represent the interests of clients - and as such also those of EverPresent - optimally.
• You are commercial, entrepreneurial and persistent.
• You are not afraid of deadlines and keep calm in stressful situations.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• You have a driving license B, preferably live in the region of our office and are flexible.
